ABOUT LAUREN HOLLERAN
Lauren
brings her experience in project management and technology consulting
to bear on her career in real estate. She loves working with all types
of clients, from developers and seasoned veterans of residential real
estate to first-time homebuyers. Clients praise her professionalism and
her ability to break down and articulate the buying and selling of real
estate into a manageable and straightforward process. A self-described
“type (lowercase) a”, Lauren has an appreciation for managing all of
the details of her clients’ transactions.
Knowing the market
inside and out - what is new on the market, what is selling, what is
sitting - is a requirement for Lauren. For her buyer clients, this
depth of knowledge is a great benefit as she’s able to quickly identify
good properties and good value. For sellers, her market knowledge is
invaluable in accurately pricing property and helping them get the
highest bottom line that the market can offer.
As a graduate of
Dartmouth College and a four-time All-American lacrosse player and
former member of the US women’s lacrosse team, Lauren possesses a
strong work ethic and dedication to doing her work with excellence and
efficiency.
Lauren lives in Cambridge and serves on the board of directors at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education.
In
her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, catching up
on her ever-growing pile of New Yorkers, and playing squash and golf.
